Q: Do I choose flavors?
A: Yes and No. You choose Regular or Fiery. Each has a posted monthly lineup. You can request a switch to a different month’s flavor if you contact us by the 1st. So you can try new ones of get your favorites each month. It’s your call.

Q: When does my discount start?
A: Within 24 hours of signup, your member discount is activated automatically — no coupon code needed for ongoing jerky savings.

Q: Can I pause or skip a shipment?
A: Yes — contact us by the 1st of the month.
Gold may skip 1 month total; Platinum may skip 2.
Skipped months extend your Membership.

Q: Is shipping included?
A: Yes — it’s built into your Membership price.

Q: How long does my membership last?

A: Not automatically – we’ll contact you after your last shipment about renewal options.

Q: What if I want to give this as a gift?
A: You can — just provide the recipient’s shipping info. The member discount can be transferred to the recipient; just let us know.

Q: When do bonus bags ship?
A: Starting in February, then added across the remaining months.

Q: Will your prices go up?
A: Yes — in 2026 our prices will most likely increase.
The price for your monthly deliveries are locked in & your membership discount helps offset increasing prices on any additional jerky you order.
